MOM, POP & TOTS

(Ages 18-35 Months)
Our Mom, Pop & Tots class is the perfect introduction to movement for our youngest athletes and their favorite grown-ups! This interactive “parent and me” session focuses on developing gross motor skills, balance, and coordination through guided play and basic gymnastics shapes. It’s a wonderful way to bond with your child while they learn to follow directions, socialize with peers, and build the confidence to explore in a safe, high-energy environment.

KinderGym

(Ages 3-4 Years)
Our KinderGym class is designed to help preschoolers transition into independent learning while having a blast! This high-energy session focuses on developing fundamental gymnastics shapes, body awareness, and basic tumbling skills like forward rolls and handstand hops. Through fun obstacle courses and guided instruction, your child will build the strength, balance, and confidence needed to graduate into our beginner tumbling programs.

BEGINNER TUMBLING

(Ages 5-18 Years)
Designed for boys and girls, our Beginner Tumbling class focuses on building a strong foundation through proper technique and confidence. Athletes progress at their own pace, mastering essential skills—from handstands and cartwheels to walkovers—while developing the strength and coordination needed for advanced tumbling.

INTERMEDIATE TUMBLING

(Ages 5-18 Years)
Perfect for athletes who have mastered the basics, our Intermediate Tumbling class focuses on developing power and speed. We prioritize technique and safety as students master back handsprings (standing and running) and aerials, ensuring a strong foundation for future advanced skills.

ADVANCED/ELITE TUMBLING

(Ages 5-18 Years)
Take your skills to the next level in our Advanced/Elite Tumbling class. Designed for athletes transitioning into high-level performance, this class focuses on mastering tucks, layouts, and fulls. We emphasize power, precision, and safe technique to help you achieve complex combinations and elite-level excellence.

FLIGHT SCHOOL

Our Flight School program focuses on developing proper stunting technique for both flyers and bases. Athletes will work on balance, core strength, flexibility, timing, and communication—key components needed for safe and successful stunts. This class is perfect for athletes looking to improve their confidence in the air and become stronger, more consistent teammates on the mat.

Through a mix of structured play, fun obstacle courses, and basic gymnastics shapes, toddlers develop essential motor skills like jumping, climbing, and balancing. It’s a joyful, supportive space where little ones build social confidence while you get to be part of the action every step of the way.
